Office Manager

SCBC is looking for a self-motivated, organized administrator to be our church Office Manager. The church Office Manager is a welcoming and competent presence in the church office that facilitates the work of the church pastors and other leadership. A qualified candidate will be a sincere follower of Jesus, a self-starter, friendly, cooperative, and adaptable. We seek someone with strong computer skills using the Microsoft office suite, comfortable math skills, preferably a familiarity with QuickBooks, and the ability to manage our social media website. 

This person will assist with the daily management of the church and will be responsible for financial records administration, upkeep of the church calendar, maintaining church records, supply management, and other management duties. If you have good organizational skills, financial acumen for bookkeeping activities, and an interest in helping others, we’d like to meet you.

Salary: Skill and experience dependent; $22 to $30 per hour for 25 Hours a week (generally 5 hours a days with flexibility). Federal Holidays are paid time off as well as the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and 10 vacation days per year.
