This top-level leader will envision, implement, and improve the administrative life of LCPC in all areas, including office management, finances, facilities, human resources, information systems, and marketing. The Administrator will offer an expert approach to administration, a collaborative role to other leaders, and commitment to the ministry objectives of the church.
